1.       产品入库时做好产品检验，发现产品的外观，功能及包装缺陷。

         Inspect the incoming goods at company warehouse to find the defect from appearance, function, packaging. 

2.     及时汇报反馈验货发现给各相关组员

        Feedback the inspection finding to your team leader and supply chain, sales operation team member on same page in time.

3.      作为仓库， 供应商与办公室沟通的桥梁 ，提供准确完备的信息给到相关方， 以便及时跟进处理

        Take as bridge among merchandiser, supplier and other QC members to keep the information or findings learned fully.

4.      针对仓库验货发现，提出产生产品缺陷的可能根源并提出预防解决的办法

         Give advice to all parties what the root cause of the defect finding on product and how to deal with the defects or potential problems.

5.       及时， 充分地完成验货报告

          Prepare the inspection report with detail info in requested lead time.

6.       报告清晰， 简单易懂. 相关文件，照片存储于公共文件夹中便于追溯 

          Always keep the inspection report and record clear and easy understand, save all the docs and pictures in share folder for quick trace back.
