岗位要求：

1. 大专以上学历，电子电气/机械相关专业；

2. 有3年以上车间管理经验，熟练掌握质量管理知识、安全生产知识、生产工艺流程知识、现场6S管理知识等；

3. 有机电设备电箱接线以及现场线路拆装架设工作经验；

4. 能够熟练使用电工工具完成接线,焊接，对零部件进行修配等工作,能进行现场调试，能适应出差；

5. 能看懂电气原理图、电气配线图，根据机械装配图纸进行非标设备装配及调试，具备一定的零部件绘图知识；

6. 持有正规的电工证及电厂仪器仪表工作经验者优先；

7. 良好的沟通、协调能力，有强的责任心和执行力。
