SUMMARY概述

Responsibility on molding process development, process improvement, molding issue analysis and solving to make sure molding process in stable quality and high efficiency.

负责注塑工艺开发、优化和问题分析与解决, 以确保注塑工艺达成质量稳定和高效。

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Responsibility on trial and validation for new tool, transfer tool and new plastic material project (IQ/OQ)

负责新模具，转移模具和新材料项目的试制和确认（IQ/OQ）

• Lead to find the suitable molding equipment and devices

  主导注塑机器及相关设备的选型

• Use scientific molding to analyze and solve issue, then set up reasonable molding process

用科学成型的方法，分析和解决问题，并制定合理稳定的新注塑工艺

• Optimize current molding process and work flow, to sure the molding process is stable and reasonable

优化现有注塑工艺及相关流程，确保注塑工艺的稳定性和合理性

• Review molding process which be created by molding technician. And monitor the latest molding process can be timely used

对技术员所制定的工艺，进行审核确认. 监督并确保最新的工艺被及时使用

• Create reasonable and scientific process executed document

依据注塑现场的实际情况，制定合理科学的工艺性执行文件

• Organize related person to analyze and solve the difficult quality issue

  组织相关人员，对注塑过程中出现的疑难质量问题进行分析和解决

• Track the status of action to push issue can be absolutely solved

追踪问题解决措施的执行情况，以推动问题的最终解决

• Finish other tasks assigned by superior.

完成上级交代的其它工作。

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求

Related work experience相关工作经验

• At least 2 years on molding machine operation experience, above 5 years on molding related work experience .

  2年以上注塑机器操作经验和5年以上注塑相关经验

• Familiar to use scientific molding method to set up and optimize molding process.

  熟练应用科学成型方法，进行工艺制定和优化

• Familiar with Injection Blow process is preferred, especially NOVAPAX machine

  熟悉注吹塑工艺者优先 ,特别是 NOVAPAX机器

• Have project management experience is preferred. 有项目管理经验更佳

Formal education or equivalent教育背景

• College degree or above in mold design, polymer material or mechanical engineering

  大专及以上，模具设计，高分子材料或机械工程专业

Skills技能

• Strong knowledge on injection molding process

  强的注塑工艺知识

• Be familiar with molding machine operation

  能熟悉注塑机的操作

• Be familiar with robot operation, can create robot procedure is perfect

  能熟练操作机械手，会编程者更佳

• Be familiar with plastic resin processing property, especially on PBT, PP, PA, GF and PETG

  熟悉常规塑料成型物性，特别是PBT,PP,PA，聚风和PETG

• Be familiar with plastic mold, especial hot runner mold

  熟悉塑料模具结构，特别是热流道模具

• Strong ability on analyzing and solving issue

  强的问题分析和解决能力

• Good at oral and writing in English

  流利的英语口语和书写
