• Manage and train an internet marketing analytic team
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in the global internet marketing and analytics organization on the planning & execution of the internet marketing analytics roadmap
• Provide technical expertise in data mining, measuring internet marketing performance and running research using advance mathematical, statistical and experimental approach
• Lead ad-hoc projects, collaborate with global teams and take part in international projects
• Communicate insights and support executives in taking business decision
• Take a leadership role in the global analytics planning & execution
• Lead best practices sharing with analysts and managers located across the world
• Drive innovation in one of the top brands on Internet with the help of cutting edge technologies

• Possesses advanced business and technical skills. Expert understanding of internet marketing, data warehouse and data systems and tools employed, e.g. online tracking, relational databases (both general and specific to eBay) and data mining/analytics techniques.
• Expertise in data mining, measuring business performance and running research using advanced mathematical, statistical and experimental approaches. Basic mastery of analysis/queries reusability, modularity, or scaling.
• Ability to manage project leaders and assuring projects meet deadlines in a dynamic/changing environment
• Ability to move the business by guiding the business leads and executives in taking decision
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritizing them according the company global strategy
• Superior Excel modeling skills (e.g. pivot tables, advance functions, statistics, signal filtering, Visual Basic, etc.) and a working knowledge of PowerPoint
• Proficiency in SQL coding, database query (e.g. MS Access, MySQL, etc.). Other statistical programs and data mining software are a strong plus
• Fluent command of English is a must
• Fascination for and understanding of the internet and ecommerce in general, of eBay in particular, and a strong desire to want to be a part of shaping its future
• Self starter personality, highly developed ability to receive and give feedback as well as to set priorities in a complex team and work environment (functional and regional reporting lines)
• A sense of humour, personal integrity, humility and an appreciation for the power of true team-work
