岗位职责：
1、建立和维护与线上、线下媒体、各平台KOL、明星、造型师、社交平台等的良好关系；

2、负责对外媒体对接沟通，定期与媒体等内容平台沟通选题、专题、合作等平台向内容，熟悉平台玩法；

3、根据品牌需求，结合对平台资源的了解与掌握，制定规划推广活动和执行方案；
4、品牌及产品新闻稿件的编写、以及公司内部企业文化文案等撰写，并配合自媒体宣传；
5、协助活动创意规划及推广计划；
6、完成公司的日常管理和营销策划部工作的组织推动。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，3-5年以上公关、广告公司相关工作经验，熟悉ACGN领域优先考虑；

2、熟悉二次元、快消、美妆、科技、财经等行业相关媒体资源优先考虑；
3、较强的文案能力，优秀的方案企划能力，沟通表达能力突出，熟悉整合传播业务系统；
4、熟悉了解各类媒体等资源，拥有良好的媒体关系；
5、较强的网络敏感度，深谙各类媒体的传播特点；

6、具有团队合作精神和良好的组织协调能力，优秀的团队领导力，能适应多任务处理的工作压力，良好的书面及沟通表达能力，有责任心，善于沟通，并有积极的学习心态，有较强的团队协作能力，有强烈的服务意识。

Shanghai Tardigrade Culture Media Co., Ltd. is an emerging company focused on the community marketing of ACGNM Youth Subcultures. In order to become a diversified, international and young marketing platform, combining with our own resources and background advantages, Tardigrade's business domain mainly includes five modules: traditional brand marketing, esports and game events planning and operation, subculture community marketing, IP incubation and operation, content planning and marketing.
The core team of Tardigrade is mainly composed of top talents from information technology industry, traditional and new media industry, and has more than 10 years of traditional TV program, commercial and new media film making experience, as well as Internet games, e-sports events, activities, exhibition planning operation experience.
