KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

？ Achieve the sales targets by executing Commercial Strategy.

？ Manage and grow sales in market Plastic and Industrial coating in East and north region. Strengthen and optimize management of different channels.

？ Maintain and improve cooperation relationship with key accounts. Consolidates updates information to discover more opportunities.

？ Collect market intelligence in responsible market segments. Make business plan, MDB &BP5

？ Work closely with technical service, marketing to ascertain the market potential, target customers and business opportunities. Coordinates with different functions to ensure service quality to customers.

？ Finish visit report and monthly report in time. Prepare and conduct commercial negotiations with customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

Education

？ Bachelor degree or above, major in polymer materials, chemistry or business.

Knowledge/Requirement

？ Be familiar with plastic or industrial coating industries

？ Be familiar with distribution channel and know how to manage;

？ Very strong independent working ability, initiative and self-motivated;

？ Very good communication skills, willing to communicate with colleague, customers and distributors;

？ Excellent oral English, outstanding skill to make presentations to customers;

？ Willing to travel;

？ Good IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook etc).

Experience

？ At least 4-5 year working experience of sales or business development in related industries

？ At least 2-3 year working experience with multinational companies.
