职位描述
岗位职责:
1、负责公司内部所有职位的招聘工作；
2、结合编制情况和业务发展需求，协助上级确定招聘目标，并制定合理的招聘计划；
3、及时发布招聘广告，维护招聘信息平台；
4、维护和拓展招聘渠道，进行有效分析，保证招聘渠道能有效满足用人需求；
5、负责招聘数据的统计、分析工作；负责面试人员资料的整理与保管；
6、负责其他招聘日常工作，完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
1、大学本科以上学历，人力资源管理或相关专业，二年以上招聘工作经验；
2、办公软件操作熟练，熟悉国家相关法律法规，熟悉招聘实务的操作流程；
3、有较强的判断能力、沟通能力、组织协调能力和适应能力，对工作认真负责；良好的抗压能力以及团队合作意识；
