PURPOSE:

Provide timely and accurate cash application and optimize BAD payment solutions for better working capital efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Send monthly customer payment notice and update relevant reports & statements to remind receivable collections

Apply cash timely & accurately upon T/T and bank draft remittances

Ensure correct book-keepings and proper documentation

Conduct month-end bank reconciliations with 3 PRC entity cashiers

Identify payment issues in front-line and assist PRC collection independently and collaboratively with team members.

Deal with situational billing disputes and assist collection follow-ups

Assist payment behavior watchlist, cashflow forecast, BAD discounting fee calculation and tailor-made reports as required by credit manager

Cash application automation and ad-hoc projects support

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or Economics related

3-4 year credit analysis or order-to-cash process experiences in MNCs

Good English proficiency

Good Excel and ERP system skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills
