主要职责Key Responsibilities
 进行市场调研，研究竞争店铺，分析历史销售趋势，以帮助了解当前的消费者需求及市场流行趋势
 erform market analysis, competitive shop, and analyze historical sales trends to keep abreast of current consumer and fashion trends
掌握新兴趋势，发展业务战略，总结自身优劣势，分析新机遇和新挑战
 Identify emerging trends and develop business strategies outlining strengths, missed opportunities, new opportunities and threats
 开发并实施季节性的核心商品组合，把握产品细节，制定商品分级策略以满足顾客的多元需求
 Collaborate with Creative Teams and Sourcing on the execution of identified merchandise strategies, ensuring that all creative meets the financial goals set forth by Category Planning
与品类策划部门合作，为采购部门提供采购数量、目标成本与零售价、交货日期、各类流程以及退出策略
Collaborate with Category Planning to provide Sourcing with quantities, target costs and retails, delivery dates, and flow and exit strategies
根据需要跟进产品技术规格包的全程制作。必要时与创意及采购团队合作，评估工程项目
 Follow through on Product Technical Specification Packages from inception to completion, as applicable. Collaborate with Creative and Sourcing teams to value engineer items, as necessary
 与创意及采购团队合作审核样品，根据需要与供应商沟通商品设计的批准和建议
 Review samples with Creative and Sourcing partners, communicating comments to vendors, as applicable
 根据需要确保所有合同安排妥当
 Ensure all contracts are in place, as applicable
 与关键的跨部门团队沟通商品分类的战略部署
 Communicate the strategic assortment direction to key cross-functional partners 
为品类策划部与采购部提供包含商品详情及零售目标的商品分类计划及明细清单，同时平衡商品整体分类
 Provide Category Planning and Sourcing with final assortment plans and line lists with product details and target retails, while weighing the importance to the overall assortment

资格要求Required Qualifications
 在printing/stationery/TOYS/Retail industry商品和/或产品开发、采购相关领域拥有至少5年的工作经验
 Minimum 3 years’ experience in Buying, Merchandising and/or Product Development
 拥有本科学位或同等学历
 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
 具有出色的演讲与展示技巧
 Excellent presentation skills
 具有出色的组织能力
Outstanding organization skills
 具有出色的书面和口语沟通能力
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
具有灵活性且注重细节
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and detail-oriented
