PURPOSE OF THE JOB 职位目的
? 保证试验设备供电和设施稳定运行；
? 保证实验室制冷设备的稳定运行；
? 协助试验室主管进行安全管理；
? 协助制作研发测试样机。


REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. 按行业规范和公司要求制订和执行电工操作规程，保证公司用电安全可靠
2. 根据标准程序检查配电室及配电设备并记录相关的电气参数；
3. 做好公司电器设备及线路的日常保养和紧急维抢修工作
4. 为试验或施工提供临时用电；
5. 记录和统计试验室每月用电、用水、用气量；
6. 巡视和维护试验室区及办公区的照明等用电设施；
7. 负责实验室制冷设备的日常维护和紧急维修；
8. 负责试验室日常安全管理工作；
9. 协助项目组制作/搭建项目测试用样机；
10. 协助其他技术人员完成测试样机电气部分改动（主要指强电部分）；
11. 协助试验人员完成测试样机准备工作；
12. 完成主管交待的其他任务；

KEY INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS 主要内部关系
１. 协同试验室主管作好试验室供电、供气及相关用电设备设施的支持；
２. 协同其他技术人员作好设备的电气设置及支持；
3. 协同其他技术人员作好试验样机测试准备工作；


KEY EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS 主要外部关系
1. 与房东供电人员协调试验室用电及相关事宜
2. 协助政府安监部门不定期检查事宜

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND 教育背景要求
Compulsory:
具高中、技工学校或以上文凭，三年以上相关工作经验；

REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS, Specify “Advanced”, “Good” or “Basic”
职能/技术技能要求，列出“高级”，“中级”或“初级”
Compulsory:
1. 良好的视力，听力；
2. 能够读懂电气图纸；非常熟悉电气安全相关规定；
3. 具备低压电气设备的运行经验；有能力检查，修理电气线路。
4. 持有低压运行电工证、维修电工证、等操作证书；
5. 有空调/制冷设备维护保养经验；
6. 良好口头勾通技巧，具备很好的团队精神和服务意识；
7. 持有国家承认的安全员证书。


REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 任职经历要求
Basic reading skill of English，基本英文电气标示阅读能力
Basic MS Office Skill，　基本电脑／Office 操作要求


OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Such as language, computer skills, etc.

Compulsory: 3年以上电工相关工作经验，有空调/制冷设备维护保养经验，具有安全管理工作经验（持有安全员证书）。
Ideal: ２年以上跨国公司工作经验

APC was acquired by Schneider Electric in 2007. MGE UPS Systems, another division of Schneider Electric, merged with APC. Together they represent the IT Business Unit of Schneider Electric. IT Business offers the industry’s most comprehensive product and solution range for critical IT and process applications in industrial, enterprise, small and medium business and home environments.

In 2008, Shanghai R&D Center of IT Business was inaugurated in Shanghai. As a core R&D group under the Schneider Electric IT Business, Shanghai R&D center is working on the new product development of Surge-Protection Power, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Precision Cooling Solution, Racks & Accessories, and Power Distribution Units.

Shanghai R&D Center ------ HBN
·Specialize in surge and line conditioner technologies.
·Build expertise in embedded systems and UPS technology starting with derivative projects starting in 2009.
·With UPS experience, build China customer expertise for Home segment projects.
Charter
To design, develop and bring to market solutions for HBN customers using APC's mature solution concept prioritization, research and PMP methods. The solutions will be made of robust subsystems that can be easily reused in other HBN products. Whenever possible, and within product cost and time to market program constraints, trade-offs shall be made in favor of reliability, modularity and scalability/ extensitibility.
We will leverage our location to best integrate product solution architecture with China suppliers of surge protector and components.
We will leverage our location near manufacturing to best utilize the resources that achieve our quality, cost and time to market objectives.
Shanghai R&D Center ------ R&C
·Lead the market World Wide, with Best in Class Rack & Power distribution, Cooling solution & related Service for Data Center, Industry & Building Environments.
·Pursue a Clear Leader Strategy in Racks & Accessories, Power Distribution Units and Service
·Maintain Challenger Strategy in Cooling with pushing highly innovative Solutions and targeting top of mind IT Decision maker issues
Primary Mission
Create profitable product solutions in support of PMP Product Roadmap initiatives and create value for our Customers worldwide.
Key Accountabilities
·New product design creativity and implementation excellence.
·Innovate through technology.
·Develop PMP capability on all product families.
·Initiate and support In-Region vendor selection/development for technical product applications.
·Support Manufacturing Operations as In-region product/process technical resource.
·Assist Factory Operations in product trouble-shooting and theory of operations training.
·Support PMP sourcing (initial & second source) and Value Engineering initiatives on technical applications.
·Facilitate In-region compliance approvals to support Zone Sales initiatives.
·Support Zone as In-region product expert.
Relationships and Sponsorship
·The Shanghai R&D Center will use Engineering Administration resources from IT Business in US to support Oracle and Notes data entry; and Patent and Environmental consulting and administration. Sharing of knowledge and skill between Shanghai and all engineering groups in all locations is required to be successful.
