Job Purpose:
Provide all kinds of administrative support to all brand sales team to ensure the smooth retail operation on all cities of PRC

Responsibilities:
-- Organize and coordinate the daily activities of the GM
-- Assist the GM in the preparation of presentation material and other document as required
-- Coordinate Supervisor meeting and national sales conference
-- Sales team monthly travel schedule management and control to facilitate and support sales activities needs
-- Sales Reports: Regularly provide accurate and timely reports and analysis
-- Supervise all members of sales admin team
-- Provide administrative support to all brand sales team and effective communication with internal department of company
-- Other administrative and sales activities as required from time to time

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree education background
* Fluent oral and written English skills
* 5+ years related working experience in fashion retail business，at least 3 years at managerial level, with MNC experience is preferred
* Good communication and strong organizational skills
* Quick and appropriate response and flexibility to deal with urgent cases, Ability of dealing with multiple tasks at one time and working under pressure
* Proficiency in MS Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- 协助总经理组织安排日常行程；
- 协助总经理处理内部及外部的商务文书；
- 统筹管理公司所有品牌营运支援团队的成员，协调各品牌销售团队的行政支持管理
- 汇总各品牌销售报告，定期提供准确有效的报告及分析；
- 其他营运销售支援活动。

要求：
- 大学本科或以上学历，营销类或管理类专业优先；
- 5年以上零售时装工作经验，至少有3年营运支援或秘书工作；
- 有从事奢侈品牌服装零售行业经验的优先考虑；
- 熟悉使用办公软件，尤其是Excel和 PowerPoint；
- 流利的英语口语及书写能力；
- 良好沟通和组织能力；
- 能快速适当响应和弹性处理紧急事情，能同时处理多个工作，能在压力下工作；
- 积极的工作态度和良好人际关系沟通能力。
