Position Description: 1.Leads ODT cross functional teams to achieve product TTM & TTV ?Responsible for managing ODT members and build an effective team to understand the project charter and to complete project objectives. ?Responsible for project execution plan, manage project scope/changes, risks/ mitigation plan, quality and cost by IOD process.?Responsible for delivery project report/dashboard. Monitor and report on various metrics that indicate the status of the development effort. ?Responsible for seek leadership/necessary resources’ supporting to meet project target.?Lead cross- function teams to complete the transition plan effectively based on the roadmap, stock or/and healthy supply, technical readiness and resource status 2.Integrated and optimization/ re-engineering/development new product development and delivery process to meet business requirement.Position Requirements: - Bachelor Degree or higher.- Excellent English speaking and writing skills- At least 2 years Project Management experience with PMP Certified- Prefer Telco(AT&T, VZW etc.),R&D or Lenovo suppliers experience- Good team player with high level of energy, be able to co-work under global environment with different people come from varies culture- Strong computer skills with MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint;- Excellent knowledge of Project Management methods and tools such as: - Planning, execution, control and closing. - Cost and P&L. - Supply and demand forecasting. - Project Definition, Risk Plan, Quality Plan and Change Management.- Outstanding communication and presentation skills and be able to engage with senior executives
