KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (including EHSS responsibilities)

1. Business Partnering:

- Support local divisional management to analyze and evaluate as sparring partner business models and strategy, as well as cost, productivity and profitability, identify potentials for improvement

- Communicate findings and proposals to the local management and to WACKER Corporate Controlling / Divisional Controlling

- Analyze and comment monthly business development, point out important developments

- Conduct investment calculations for investment projects and provide Controlling recommendations

- Coordinate and monitor transfer pricing for intercompany products and services, assure to reach according targets and compliance to internal directives and tax regulations

2. Management Reporting:

- Implement, maintain and improve Controlling management reporting

- Ensure reports in high quality, timely and with the required detailed analytics

- Customize, maintain and further develop Greater China Key Performance Indicators and targets

- Support and cooperate with Finance and Accounting to develop, maintain and improve local entity results and Cash Flow reporting

3. Business Planning:

- Coordinate and assure the Greater China overall BP5 and BP1 budgeting procedures in line with global budget process and timelines

- Implement global budgeting guidelines in China and adapt them to local needs, improve local budgeting as needed and appropriate

- Summarize Greater China Sales forecast of all divisions and prepare an overall Greater China result forecast, align with local management and submit to Corporate / Division Controlling

- Prepare Corporate Function budget, forecast and actual spending reports, align with local management, submit to Corporate Controlling.

4.Interfaces to JVs:

- Coordinate operational Controlling issues between WACKER and WACKER’s joint ventures

- Support WACKER / Dow working committee in all Controlling related issues.

5. Team Development:

- Develop and assure relevant trainings for local controlling team

- Responsible for controlling team development, succession plan and Knowledge Transfer

- Set Controlling team targets, measure team and individuals’ performance and talent potential

- As owner, maintain, improve and perform the in-house “Controlling and Finance Academy” training for non-financials in cooperation with WACKER China Finance and HR department

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

1. Study of economics, finance, accounting or similar

2. Minimum 3 years practical experiences as controlling manager in MNC manufacturing environment

3. Fluent in reading and writing English

4. Familiar with SAP/CO and MS Office/Outlook
