1、前期新项目质量开发，编制新项目相关质量文件PPAP、MSA、FMEA、CP、SPC，SC文件的编制和审核。

年龄35周岁以下。

2.主导前期新检具开发及新品DV&PV产品试验，尺寸FAI, ,STM进行三坐标编程，DFQ报告上传EMMA系统；SPC&CPK统计分析。

3.提交PPAP及审核递交给客户的样品及报告，确保其符合客户要求。

4.接收客户关于产品质量的投诉，并主导问题解决跨功能小组运用8D,DOE，鱼骨图,5W工具分析，并组织有效的纠正行动，并以书面形式及时向客户汇报。组织安排新产品质量标准的培训及考核，使相关人员明确产品的质量标准及操作要求

5.按照质量工程师的要求，及时、准确地完成品质文件（控制计划、品质重点图、检验指导书、包装说明书）。

6.对客户抱怨处理，对不良原因做出分析，确认及处理在制品及库存品，跟踪确认改善措施的执行及验证其有效性。现场质量问题的跟踪改善验证（NCR单）

7.熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系；

8.会使用三坐标，2.5D全自动投影仪，会编程（海克斯康）。

9.英语熟练者优先；

10.工资具体面议。
