Personnel Requirements:
1. Engineer or above, bachelor degree or above
2. Power mechanical engineering major, familiar with HVAC and pure water treatment as plus.
3. Over 5 years related job experience, Familiar with utility operation & maintenance management /construction management / project management, GMP known-how plus
4. Over 2 years and 4-people team management experience as plus.
5. Good capability of engineering project management, and coordination.
6. Favorable ability of communication and coach
7. Good English in listening and written, familiar with auto-CAD drawing as plus.
Major Activities & Responsibilities
1. Build up a stable, reliable and energy saving utility operation to support a production and working environment and space according to customer requirements.
2. Support to achieve all objectives and targets of product delivery, safety, quality, and finance value capture.
3. Be responsible to develop and maintain the work standard, on duty regulation, with SOP & WI document supports, which include NOE report and equipment IQ/OQ, and engineering change management. Plan, implement and monitor all systems of utility facilities.
4. Develop the main equipment list and preventive maintenance plan of utility facilities. Track the PM/CM maintenance records; regularly analyze maintenance data to enhance the equipment maintenance performance.
5. Organize the project planning, design, and construction supervising for those small and middle size project of facilities renew and equipment upgrade.
6. Communicate with external utility supplier of steam and municipal water, to ensure stable and reliable supply.
7. Participate the production Tier Process and meeting, play as role of expert in utility and facility maintenance, to solve the problems timely and effectively.
8. Capture value and reduce the utility operation cost through 7 waste reduction, process control and improvement.
9. Voluntarily accept other job related assignments from his superior.
