职位介绍：

作为主管-数据库，该职位负责上海迪士尼乐园应用系统的数据库相关的工作，包括数据库架构设计，实施，测试，运维支持以及问题解决。该职位负责设计改进现有数据库管理技术标准，流程以及文档；管理和运维现有数据库系统；分析应用对于数据库的需求，为项目提供数据库***实践方案。

该职位将会接触到多种业务系统的数据库，包括票务，酒店，餐饮，零售等系统的业务数据库和数据仓库。你将有机会在不同类型的应用系统中展现数据库管理的技能，并随着业务发展一起实现个人事业发展。

 

 

工作内容：

• 与多个团队(应用，基础架构，安全，软件供应商)紧密合作，理解业务和应用的需求。根据应用需求和标准架构提供数据库系统方案，帮助应用团队应用数据库开发和使用的***实践。
• 设计改进数据库管理技术标准，流程以及文档 ，包括配置标准，操作流程，问题解决的文档等。
• 支持日常的数据和数据库相关工作，流程和工具，包括在数据仓库环境中进行数据抽取，转换和集成等。
• 负责数据库日常运维，包括备份恢复，监控，性能调优和问题解决等。保证数据库服务的可用性。

 

 

我们希望您：

o   学士学位或同等学历，具有8年以上相关工作经验

o   具有扎实IT系统基础知识，包括软件系统生命周期，数据库，操作系统，SQL 脚本，shell脚本等

 

o   深入掌握Oracle, MySQL 或SQL Server数据库管理，至少掌握两种数据库产品。能够设计改进数据库管理规范体系。

 

o   熟练掌握数据仓库性能调优和SQL调优

 

o   熟悉SQL，PL/SQL 和 shell 脚本的开发

 

o   具有良好的团队合作能力，能主动与内部和外部团队有效沟通交流合作

 

o   能够在截止时间内独立完成工作，处理多项任务并准确地履行工作职责

 

o   较强的分析和问题处理能力

 

o   中英双语读写熟练，熟练阅读原文技术文档

 

o   拥有Oracle或SQL Server 数据库管理员证书优先

 

o   能够的处理机密信息，并能理解数据安全分类

 

o   能够在压力下工作，参加24x7 的on-call 远程支持

Job Summary:

As Lead-Database, this position manages databases for Shanghai Disney Park applications, including database design, implementation, testing, support, troubleshooting and etc. This position is responsible for design and improve database management standards, process and documentation; manage and operate current database systems; analyze application requirements and ensure database best practice is applied for new projects.

This position will be exposed to many different applications, such as Ticketing, Hotel, Food & Beverages, Merchandise and Data Warehousing systems. You will have opportunities to utilize database knowledge and skills in different applications, and grow your professional career together with our park business.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with applications, infrastructure, security, vendors and related partners, understand business and application requirements. Deliver database solutions according to application requirements and standard architecture. Provide advice and assistance to application teams for best practices in database implementation and SQL coding
• Design and optimize database management standards, process and documentation, eg. configuration, operation procedures, troubleshooting guides etc

·         Support data and database related work, process and tools eg. data extraction, and data integration in data warehouse environment.

• Manage daily database operations, including backup/restore, monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting database related issues. Ensure the availability of database services.

 

 

Desired Qualifications:

o   Bachelor's degree in CS/MIS or equivalent plus minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in IT related fields.

o   Good foundation knowledge in IT systems development life cycle, Database, Operating Systems, SQL scripts, shell scripts and etc.

 

o    In-depth knowledge in Oracle, MySQL or SQL Server administration, familiar with minimal two products. Capable of design and optimize database management standards and process.

 

o   Proficient in data warehouse performance tuning and SQL tuning.

 

o   Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL and shell scripting.

 

o   Good interpersonal skills to interact in a team environment and collaborate with team members internal and external to the organization proactively.

 

o   Ability to work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately.

 

o   Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.

 

o   Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English, especially in reading technical document.

 

o    Holder of Database Administration certificate for Oracle and MS-SQL Server database is preferable.

 

o   Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and an understanding of security classifications

 

o    Be able to work under pressure and participate 24x7 on-call rotation.
