职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for weekly production orders master scheduling base on sale order requirement, factory capacity situation and material supply status, Follow up production plan to make sure correct and enough products can be delivered to customers as promised.
2. Production Control of Work orders, ensure on time delivery for sales orders.
3. Manages and responds to customer expedites .
4. Follow up order execution status, track OTD performance and come up with action plan for continual improvement.
5. Adjust production capacity per sales forecast, provide inputs to Management for inventory strategy.
6.Push buyers and suppliers for material delivery on time, ensure material supply accordingly,Work closely with buyers to continuously improve materials delivery cycle time.
7. Plans and coordinates activities related to the purchasing handling, control, storage, packaging and delivery of all materials inventory.
8.Responsible for buffer stock before product transfer from outsource vendor to in-house production .
9. Implement and maintain ERP systems.
Requirements:
1. University degree, At least 2 years mechanical products manufacturing planning experience, Familiar with mechanical products/components and supply chain situation . Focus in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management, experience in materials management field preferred.
2. Knowledge of production, including material usage and storage.
3. Familiar with inventory management and control, work order releasing.
4. Good communication skill and PC skill,Proficient in Excel.
5. Good understanding and operating of ERP system,SAP system handle skill should be better.
