MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责

· Monitor, evaluate and analyze process & equipment performance to identify areas requiring improvement.

· Apply statistical methods to analyze and identify opportunities to reduce process variation and optimize process performance.

· Manage and update assigned projects in timely manner and utilize problem solving techniques including LEAN Six Sigma to optimize manufacturing methodologies.

· Provide leadership in cost reduction and reduce defects within the operation

· Drive process scale-up from small scale to production to meet specific customer needs.

· Lead production personnel in trials of new products, coordinating start-ups and equipments installation plans

· Manage all SOP and engineering documenting changes, updating procedures, establish visual management and training of operators.

· Effectively interact with other work groups including product development, technical, engineering and production staff.

· Understand and comply with all corporate regulations within the facility.

· 对现有的生产流程和设备能力进行监督，评估和分析，制定改善方案和计划。

· 利用统计学工具和方法来分析数据找出改善机会，减低过程中的变异以优化工艺过程能力。

· 管理并更新改善项目进度，利用问题分析和解决工具来优化生产工艺，包括有效使用精益生产和六希玛格工具。

· 带领运营团队进行降低成本，减低产品缺陷工作。

· 协助运营和开发团队管理新产品的扩大生产过程，已达到客户的要求和规范。

· 引导运营团队进行试生产工作，支持新设备等的安装和初期运作工作。

· 管理所有的工艺更改文件更新，可视化管理，员工培训等工作。

· 能有效的与各部门合作进行改善项目（包括研发，技术，公务部和运营）。

· 充分了解并确保生产工艺符合法规要求。

PERSON REQUIREMENT任职资格

·BS Degree in Polymer Science, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering

·3-5 years hands-on experience in handling process engineering functions

· LEAN/Six Sigma Certification (Greenbelt or Blackbelt) is an added advantages

· Strong project management and problem solving skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

· Able to work well independently and in team environment

· Strong PC skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint)

·Familiar with ISO9000 or/and TS16949

· 高分子科学，化学或机械工程本科毕业

· 拥有3-5年的生产线工艺改进工作经验

· 拥有精义生产管理和六希玛格绿带或黑带者优先考虑

· 有项目管理和解决问题的能力和技巧

· 良好的中英文双语的会话与书写能力

· 能独立完成工作，也能在大团队里分工合作

· 良好的电脑软件使用能力，包括微软Words, Excel 和PPT制作。

· 熟悉ISO9000或TS16949质量管理体系

· 拥有基本管理经验

·人造革或合成革的配方设计经验
