职位描述
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above;
2. 5 years market working experience in home appliances (including white goods industry), 2+ years brand management experinece;
3. Develops brand plans that build equity and business;
4. Able to work under the big pressure with commitment to the on-time and high quality task achievement;
5. Core aspects underpinning all skills: Creativity, Empathy, Obsession with brands & consumers, Sense of Aesthetics, Analytical Thinking & Rigour;
6. Open minded, flexible, sensitivity for trend & Fashion;
7. Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Planning and Positioning;
2. Works with the multifunctional team to implement the plan in the market place and monitors performance of the support plans, especially in optimizing media investment, executing PR brand campaign and implementing the in-store activations;
3. Brand marketing plan: Supports the Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment by Assisting in the execution of the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision Plan ;
4. Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring;
5. New Product launch implementation;
6. Advertising and media planning;
7. Product promotion design and execution;
8. Lead Cross-functional team;
9. Overall brand /Category responsibility
