As an Intern - Assistant to Customer Support, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Turbocharging Business Line (BL) based in Chongqing. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) Business delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

？ Understanding of customer relationship management process.
？ Understanding of supplier’s delivery process and documentation.
？ Comprehensive management of order processing materials and supplier deliveries.
？ Support necessary order processor for related business case.
？ Support incoming inspection team for paperwork.
？ Assigned jobs from planning and fulfillment manager.
？ Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

？ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management is preferred.
？ Familiar in MS-Office skills especially in Excel and PPT.
？ Good English reading and writing. Oral is preferred but not mandatory.
？ Able to learn and capable of quick learning.
？ A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
