岗位职责：
厨务专业术语表和培训教材:地区餐饮专家需要与其他的地区餐饮专家一起开发并维护一整全国性的厨务专业术语表、并在必要时对厨师长团队进行培训
菜谱开发:地区餐饮专家负责保证地区菜谱的编写质量和其中描述的技术流程的专业性
菜单开发:地区餐饮专家负责审阅由厨师长委员会成员编写出的菜单，并与地区餐饮产品经理、营养师以及餐饮产品推广经理一起工作，按要求在规定的时间内为事业部提供高质量的菜单
美食推广活动: 地区餐饮专家为美食推广活动的开发提供专业支持。他负责在规定的时间内确认和激励最佳的厨师长人选参与美食推广活动菜谱的开发
任职要求：
大专以上学历，烹饪专业毕业，高级以上烹饪职业技术资格
8年以上3星级或4星级酒店或大型餐饮公司中餐厨师长工作经验，并负责过大型宴会
能制作和设计菜单，具有食品成本控制的相关知识
掌握各种原料的特点，标准与鉴别
掌握扎实的中餐知识，精通某一菜系的全部制作技艺，同时旁通其他菜系制作技艺，熟悉西餐的可优先考虑
了解地区饮食风尚，掌握菜肴的造型及呈现技巧
良好的沟通与表达能力
良好的团队精神
熟悉常见办公软件的使用(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
