岗位职责：

1. 根据公司项目设计要求，负责公司动漫及其他产品的设计工作，包括设计产品的型态、材质定义、色彩计划、新材质与工艺等；

2. 能独立完成产品创意,二维平面及三维建模和渲染工作；能够独立分析和解决产品研发过程中遇到的各类设计问题；

3. 跟踪产品的制作、打样过程。保证设计方案的完整还原，及时发现不足，思考更佳的解决方案；

4. 具有创新能力，挖掘时下创新产品，并具有开发和创新新产品的能力；

5. 在产品开发过程中制定设计标准，包括公司颜色色板，产品封样，字体应用等，必须兼顾美观和实用。

任职资格:

1、本科以上学历，3D建模、工业设计、产品设计等专业的美院毕业生，熟悉并热爱二次元文化，具有IP衍生品设计经验优先考虑；

2、具有良好的建模能力，2D、3D建模、渲染能力，熟练运用3D建模软件：Rhino、 pro/E或SOLIDWORKS, 及基本的平面制作软件PS/AI等辅助设计；

3、热衷于产品设计，对色彩、构图等元素触觉敏感，注重细节设计，思路开阔，敢于创新；

4、渴望成长与发展，有良好的快速学习能力与学习意愿，具备很强的解决问题能力，具有优秀的团队合作精神；

Shanghai Tardigrade Culture Media Co., Ltd. is an emerging company focused on the community marketing of ACGNM Youth Subcultures.
