Job Descripition:

? Getting involved in the project at the early stage to understand customer test requirements and create DVP&R.

?Validating wiring design contains short circuit/overload/stall/durability tests and vehicle electrical system design includes ground lift/voltage drop/load survey, etc.

? Suggesting the testing schedule and coordinating the fabrication of prototypes and samples;

?Working with wiring system engineers to develop DVM and performing the tests on schedule to make sure the products meet the customer specification;

? Requesting and suggesting the equipment purchasing and fixture fabrication

? Promoting the test capability of lab per project’s requirements

Requirements:

?Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical engineering, Vehicle Engineering, &Engineering. 

? Be familiar with the wiring system design and product application is preferred.

? Knowledge of a typical automotive product development process and DVP&R 

? Experience of design and development of test instrumentation, systems, setup, and modification is a plus 

? Be familiar with tests   management with timing control, reporting and documentation

? Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.

? Excellent written communication skills English & Mandarin, good oral skill is preferable. 

? Ability to negotiate effectively. Understanding of engineering. Proficient in word, excel, PowerPoint. 

? Ability to interface effectively with the customer.

? Ability to work in a highly productive/constantly changing environment.

? Ability to use 2D and 3D design software, CATIA is preferable.
