工作职责：

·    Work plan: Propose the target, achieve the parts related to product design within department goals

工作计划：拟定工作目标，达成部门共同工作目标中与产品设计相关的部分

·    Product design: Accurate and timely completion of the design work, output effect drawings, plane manuscripts, etc., to meet customer needs. Assist with other engineers and other internal members of the Department to better complete product design tasks.

产品设计：精确及时完成设计工作，输出效果图，平面稿件等，满足客户需求。协助配合其他工程师等部门内部成员的工作，以更好完成产品设计任务

·    Product innovation: Structure innovation of the products, increase the added value/ reduce the manufacturing cost of the products.

产品创新：创新产品结构,提高产品附加价值,降低制造成本。 

·    Discuss with the guest alone, and complete the design of the guest's idea alone

独自和客人讨论，并独自完成客人想法的设计。

·    Independent innovation in packaging design

独立创新包装设计。

·    Others: Other related work of design, comply with the safety rules of company, ensure work safety

其他：完成其他有关设计的工作。遵守公司规定的安全相关规范, 确保工作安全.

  

任职资格：

·    College degree or above, major in industrial design.

工业设计相关专业毕业，大专以上学历。

·    More than 3 years product design experience, cosmetic packaging design experience is preferred

具有3年以上产品设计工作经验，有化妆品包装设计的经验的优先考虑

·    Proficient skills in Rhino,Solidwors，UG,PhotoShop,Keyshot software；available for sketch.

熟练使用PhotoShop,Ai，Keyshot软件；对Rhino，UG，或者Solidworks有了解，能做简单建模；有一定手绘能力

·   Understanding: Printing, bronzing, plating and other decorative processes.

了解：印刷，烫金，电镀等等装饰工艺。

·    Strong sense of responsibility, honesty and dedication, can work under pressure, cooperate with teammates

强烈的工作责任心、诚实敬业、能在压力下工作、能与工作团队合作；

·    Need to complete the design work alone.

需要独自完成设计工作。

·    English CET - 4 above

英语CET-4以上。
