Key Responsibilities

This position is responsible for design, develop, deploy and maintain an internal CRM system.The role is also responsible for identifying and proposing application system changes, better uses, enhancements and developments and liaising with appropriate vendors and users.

Key tasks

• Design internal CRM system with the KPR provided,execute the development and deployment, and responsible for maintenance
• Continuously to capture end user requirements and implement independently for configuring, testing and integrating as necessary
• Conduct user training, provide first line support to the users; and maintain of whole software deliver lifecycle.
• Work close with software suppliers on new functionalities upgrade
• Document work, take part in user meetings and assist in presenting issues andsolutions both orally and in writing.

Education and Experience

Essential

·         Minimum 3years’ experience in business application systems developing–experience of recording and solving applicationsupport issues from customers, prioritising requests, writing design document, implementing andcommunicating timely solutions, both in database and web environments

·         Minimum 1year experience in CRM deployment

2. Microsoft Dynamic experience is a huge plus

·         Project reporting and communications including formal presentations

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Written English is required
