Objective: clear up and renovate the SharePoint portal for Beauty and Home APAC to improve the effectiveness of information management.
Main job responsibilites:
- work with marketing team to document product related files in portal;
- support marketing specialist to restructure and update the informantion on portal;
- support on marketing data collection and beautify sales tools.

- Good English proficiency in both written and spoken
- Familiar with Microsoft software
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Experience in website set-up or management is a plus
