岗位职责:
1. 通过对系统中的物料采购清单以及项目进程，制定相应的物料跟踪计划，全面跟进供应商物料生产状态，保证所有项目都能稳定推进。
According the detail material list and project progress,make the related follow up plan, follow the supplier manufacture status, to ensure the project successful.
2. 对所负责产品的采购订单管理、采购订单跟踪，通过对供应商的交货进度跟踪，提前发现供应商交货进度上的风险，保证供应商能够准时交货。
According the supplier deliverying progress follow up, found the capacity risk in advance,
Ensure suppliers to deliver goods in time.
3. 及时处理系统中的采购需求（10个工作日以内）。
Handle the Purchasing Requests in time（less than 10 working days）.
4. 与标准件供应商制定年度协议价 。
Support Sourcing Engineer to negotiate annual framer agreement with suppliers.
5. 与供应商进行商务谈判，包括价格谈判，保证所采购物料的质量、数量、用料、交期、运输、成本均符合公司采购要求。
Negotiate commercial terms which including price with suppliers to ensure the quantity, quality, delivery and budget meet the company target.
7. 协助完成相关的供应商开发工作
Assist to complete the related supplier development.
8. 与相关部门协作（项目，质量，生产），完成项目任务。
Cooperate with other department(Project,quality, product) to finish the projcet task.
9. 完成上级经理交办的其他工作任务。
To complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.任职资格:
教育与学历：大学专科以上学历，机械专业或电气专业
Education & Academic Qualifications: College dergree and major in machinery
工作经验要求：5年以上机械或电气相关行业工作经验
Working Experiences: 5 years of machinery working experience.
特殊资格要求:
Specific Qualifications:
1. 熟练使用Office等办公软件，对ERP,SAP等有一定了解。
Familiar with office software, and know ERP,SAP,etc.
2. 能用英语进行简单交流，有较强的英语读写能力。
Good at English specking and excellent at English reading and writting.
3. 有供应商管理经验
Supplier management is necessary.
工作细致严谨，责任心强。
Working earnest and preciseness. Strong responsibility.
有较强的沟通能力，具备团队精神。
Good communicate and team spirit.
原则性强，有时间观念，工作讲究效率
Good principle and work efficiency.
