Job functions
? Source and manage individual Capex projects as defined by Engineering manager
? Develop standard for project design, installation and handover
? Give training to related department, to ensure all projects follow up Sherpa methodology
? Set up drawing management for whole plant
? Support financial department on assets' management

? Capex budget, timing and final result control
? Sherpa process methodology follow up
? Standards finish rate
? Drawing updating timely

Duties and Areas of Responsibilities
? Find solution for production improvement's requirement
? Sherpa instruction for relating people
? Technical support for engineering department such as spare parts ordering and CAD drawing.
? Project leader for part of Capex
? Keep good relationship with Danone Engineering network, to ensure good project management practice or useful info. is shared.
? Info. collection for keeping state of art technology.
? Contractors and suppliers performance management

Minimum Requirement of Incumbent :

Education: Bachelor (Utility or Mechanical)


Experience:
? 3 - 5 years on project management
? Knowledge on Utility and Building area
? Good comprehension of English language, reading, writing, and speaking

Special Knowledge & skill:

? Project management tools such as MS project software
? Have an understanding of all local bureau requirements eg noise levels, emissions, safety aspects (in conjunction with EHS coordinator) etc.
? Skill of training within industry
? ISO and HACCP knowledge
? Micro Office and Auto CAD
? Familiarity with INC safety manual & knowledge of Hazard analysis
? Ability to travel overseas as required
? Excellent communication and team building skills
