Avantgarde Shanghai is looking for a passionate and well-seasoned Art Director with ideas. Not only to execute orders, but also to be part of the creative process from the first concept to final art work. Be an integrated part of the team and actively help shape ideas from cool activations to full brand campaigns. Our mission is to create unforgettable experiences for our clients and their consumers. Key Responsibilities
? Create outstanding concepts and ideas for our existing brands and upcoming new business.
? Know how to balance the workload for multiple projects in order to be efficient and awesome.
? Partner with others in the creative team to develop exceptional and groundbreaking concepts.
? Generate and supervise the development of your projects, from 1st layout until final execution.
? Be best in class when it comes to concept and ideas while creating a perfect brand campaign.
Selection Criteria
? Around 5-8 years experience in cutting edge creative concepts with a matching project portfolio.
? Outstanding design skills Adobe Basic collection (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), knowledge of 3D Max, Maya and being able to work with Keyshot or Motion Design skills are a plus.
? Strong team spirit, smart independent skills and excited to work in a multicultural office.
? Drive to keep growing and improving while working on interdisciplinary projects.
? Passionate about brand experience, premium events and luxury car brands.
? A continues hunger to learn new things and stay in touch with trends.
? Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English or the other way around.
