DESCRIPTION:    

1. Coordination with the labs for the fabric and garment test and duly communication with the suppliers and merchandiser about the latest policy
2. Being responsible for the accurate translation of the factory audit report
3. Being strict with the company policy regarding the factory audit, duly updating the list when there’s new qualified factory
4. Being responsible for keeping the supplier updated of QC policy
5. Keeping merchandiser team and QC team informed of the re-inspection fee, claim list and assisting in sending QC files
6. Coordination with France directly about the following-ups of the orders
7. Communication with the buyers about the inspection application from supplier and daily final inspection notice; keeping buyers informed of the final inspection result
8. Scheduling the business trip for QC leader
9. Being responsible for the double check of the travel expense forms for QC team
10. Being responsible for the record of overtime and annual leave
11. Other tasks assigned by QC leader

1. At least 1 years working experience, and with good knowledge of QC process for textile
2. Strong sense of responsibility and able to schedule, organize and coordinate projects
3.  high efficiency with teamwork spirit
4. Fluent oral English and skillful written English is must
5. Good personality and well-management skill under pressure
