教育背景
1.机械类或汽车专业本科以上学历；

岗位要求
1. 三年以上制造现场相关工作经验；
2. 有较强的分析、管理和协调能力；
3. 能熟练运用SPC等质量管理工具；
4. 掌握精益生产的理念和方法。
5. 英语说写流利；熟练使用MSOFFICE

工作职责及内容
1.负责职责范围内新生产工艺的实施和改进；
2.负责组织按照生产计划的要求完成人员的配备和培训；
3.负责组织实施和改进生产过程的质量、成本、交付、安全、管理的目标。
4.负责生产过程标准化作业的实施和改进；
5.负责本区域的精益生产方法的实施和持续改进工作。
6.完成上级主管交办的其他相关事宜。
