RESPONSIBILITY

1. Professional mechanical design of compressor, work out principle and overall scheme, compose design specification ,avoid faults in design phase.

承担压缩机的高层机械设计，研究原理和总体方案，编写设计说明书，避免设计失误。

2.Lead and push design work strictly in the schedule ,pre estimate workload accurately, assign tasks reasonably, ensure the work could be completed on time.

推进设计工作按计划完成，准确预估工作量，合理安排任务，保证及时完成。

3.Carry out design work in compliance with the process control requirement, be familiar with the regulation concerned, compose the document required in phases, ensure authentic and timely.

按照流程控制要求推进设计工作，熟悉相关规则，编制不同阶段要求的各种文件，保证文件正确及时。

4.Organize team work on pre-studies, solution finding, feasibility analysis, overall design, component selection, supplier certification and testing, push the entire design work efficiently and successfully.

组织团队在事先调研、方案研讨、可行性分析、总体设计、零件选型、供应商认证和试验等方面展开工作，成功高效地推进整个设计工作。

5. Support to the test both on strategies and methods, support to compose high level test plan, help to solve problems in testing, ensure the test could be performed authentically and smoothly.

在策略和方法上支持测试，支持编写高层测试计划，帮助解决测试中遇到的问题，保证测试能成功正确和顺利地进行。

6.Technical support to deal with problems in production and application, advise task assignment, trail progress, ensure problems solved on time.

在处理生产和应用方面的问题上提供技术支持，建议任务分配，跟踪进程，保证按时完成。

REQUIREMENTS:

PRIMARY:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, production engineering or other field related,
• 5-10 years rich experiences in compressor or engine.
• Fluent mandarin and English in oral and written.
• Solid understanding of mechanical designing and drawing.
• Advanced computer skills, especially Mech. Design / Engineering tools.
• Advanced math skills, special relationship abilities, and the ability to understand "abstract" principles behind math and physics.

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions. We create the most power dense, light weight axial flux powertrain solutions in the world. Developed for motorsport or daily commercial duty, out compact, light weight designs reduce powertrain mass, improving vehicle performance, increasing payload and range.

Omni Gear and Magelec Propulsion are from the Omni Powertrain Technologies Family. We design, engineer and manufacture gearboxes, axial flux motors and its own in house designed inverters making them one ofthe few complete Powertrain drive system suppliers in the world.
