大学财会以上学历, 3年以上税帐方面经验, 熟悉金融行业帐, 能独立作业, 精通电脑套装软件, 工作细心耐心, 需有会计上岗证，办税员证和较高的英语水平（最起码四级到六级）。

岗位职责
1、 负责相关出纳及人事的日常事项的工作；
2、 协助主管对税务筹划和方案设计，审核税收支出，管理纳税申报；
3、 编制内部报表，为管理层提供成本信息和分析；
4、 协助主管审查或参与拟订经济文件中相关的税务条款；
5、 向主管报告税务控制工作中存在的问题；
6、 收集、整理、研究税收及人事法律法规，为各部门提供涉税咨询；
7、 协助税务培训工作，提高办税员工作能力；
8、 负责税务和工商部门及劳动部门的联系与协调，建立并维系良好的关系。
