- Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base

- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles

- Model the competitive advantages associated with sales opportunities

- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions

- Create and deliver powerful presentations, demos and trials that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.

- Help define integration architectures for implementing NETINT products and solutions into their existing data center and video workflow processes.

- Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses

- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements

- Collect and document competitive intelligence

- Join in the development of multimedia software customization and develop specific feature according to customer's requirement 

- 2+ years working experience with H.264/AVC, H.265/HEVC, VP9 or other video and audio codec standards

- Working knowledge of FFMPEG/x264/x265

- Experience with container formats and streaming protocols

- Ability to support customers with their video encoding quality testing activities.

- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting technical relationships with a customer base

- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in video compression technology

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent presentation and creativity skills

- Willingness to travel

- Electrical Engineering degree, computer science or equivalent industry experience
