Overview of the Position :
- Drive day-to-day project management operations for all Sidel Group portfolio from business opportunity identification to project closing according to PMP included pre-order, project execution, coordinate with customer for on site activity and project close up, and manage claims
- Ensure projects technical & QCD level in front of the client, projects profitability and customer satisfaction
- Voice of Sidel in front of the customer

Education & Languages :
- Bachelor degree with the major in Engineering & Mechanical & Automation

Professional Skills & Experience :
• 5 years work experience in project management and managing projects in a multicultural environment
• Project management experiences and sales experiences in beverage industry is a plus
• Communication skill and negotiation skill
• Self sufficient and proactive
• Attention to detail and passion for quality
• Customer oriented
• PMP knowledge
• SAP or ERP system experience
• Result oriented and service minded
• Advanced user of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and AUTOCAD
• Conveyor knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in English-oral and written
• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas are preferred: Finance, Purchasing or Import/Export, microbiology

Key figures :
• Is responsible in front of its zone teams (eng. support, field eng., LCM, CSM, AM...) for:
• Challenging projects stakeholders
• Supporting team-mates, in particular to offer stage (CSM or AM) and solve issues (LCM and CSM)
• Share the key learning for the projects to the teams including above mentioned teams

• Is responsible in front of its hierarchy for:
• Driving projects with optimized margin (including add-on's) and maximized client satisfaction
• Leading and control of project scope, time and budget
• Feeding and updating the project in SAP
• Managing projects risks and contingencies plan
• Escalating issues to manage risks/ leverage Sidel Group network
• Involve company principle e of Health, Safety, Enviroment in project
• Key customer follow up including the quotation

• Is responsible in front of transversal stakeholders (PG, Design, Sales, Engineering support,...) for:
• Designing projects in line with Sidel Group capabilities
• Translate business requirements into products, projects and programs
• Leadship for change and evaluation
• Feedback the issues and raise it up to make the correction

• Is responsible in front of the client for:
• Matching clients needs with Sidel portfolio offer
• Ensuring QCD level of the project
• Providing assistance during all the project
• Ensuring data collection for project manufacturing
• Technical and cost definition of quotations
• Ensuring adequate communication within SIDEL stakeholders
• Clarifying with customer for the scope supply
• Follow PMP closely and give feed back to design for process & quality improvement
• Follow up of external suppliers (3rd party equipt, piping & electrical works, ...)
• Lead and control of milestone agreed with client
• Sovle unexpected problem in project and take quick decision
• Weekly review and plan accordingly
