职位描述
-Support ERP (SAP ECC6), EDI systems and sub-systems
(ex :Warehouse Management System)
-Improve functionalities of current ERP with external support (TDCI,
external programmer)
-Create and distribute as required
by Group, Branch, Division or site procedure documents for site users
-Follow the performance of the
Help desk and outsourcer for VS pc and printer
-Provide support to departments
with introduction of new projects that need IT support.
-Expand or modify system to serve
new purposes or improve work flow
-Modify existing software to
correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to upgrade interfaces and
improve performance
-Obtain and evaluate information
to provide to Financial Controller for budget preparation and reporting
-Consult with other departments on
project status, proposals and technical issues such as software system design
and maintenance or new applications.
-Understand the Quality, Safety,
Health and Environmental policy and perform job functions in compliance with
Quality / SHE objectives and targets
-Ensure 5s Standards are applied
and maintained in all areas of responsibility
-Security:
-Coordinate and monitor network
security measures to remain current on all security policies, virus protection
systems and alerts communicated by the Group and Branch (IT Center, IS Shared
Services), and ensure all users at the site are updated in real time.
-Monitor Data backups, disaster
recovery operations on a regular basis and ensured by IT Center
-Organize the alert procedure and
track incidents and transmit them to management and to the security network
(ISSCC, BSO, IT Center).
-You will provide support level 1
for Core System Applications in daily basis
-You ensure Core System training
based on calendar training and upgrade if necessary skills of your support team
to fullfill their task.
-You and your team can participate
punctually on VS projects initiated by the EAM Team project manager or Business
Department (Logistic, Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Purchasing....).
-You co-manage and liaise
activities with partners as Oxya, Third Maintenance Applicative (TMA),SAP
external consultants, IS infrastructures manager on the site of Saint Denis.
-You are in charge of upgrades in
Local Applications (support packages,
upgrade of versioning, refresh quality environment operation,....).
-Ensure Key Users
fulfill their role on the sites
-Interface for high
priorities in their site and communicate to Core System committee. (conf call monthly).
-Warranty the best
use of core system and best practices and good level of knowledge
-Ensure data quality
and consistency on VS projects
-Respect of EAM rules
(CS maintenance, users & roles...)
-Relay on site to
inform about EAM processes (processus, procedure, maintenance operation,new
project)
-Ensure support first
level on his department and make the filter with core system requests
-Log all issues or
evolutions required second level
-Write and update
instruction notes explaining processus on his domain and ensure training to
end-users
-Make integration
tests and no regression test
-Enhance interface
between business department and EAM team (with business champion if needed).
-Ensure data quality
and consistency on his domain
