1)Inbound warehouse, Non_BOM consumable materials and Spare parts inventory management. 负责来料仓，Non-BOM耗材仓及配件仓的库存管理

2)To well arrange and manage warehouse assistant to fulfill warehouse targets such as service, 

delivery and stock taking etc. 合理安排和管理仓库助理，确保仓库的各项目标的达成，例如服务、发货和盘点等。

3)To train warehouse assistant all of daily operation procedures. 对仓库助理进行日常作业流程的培训。

4)To conduct monthly stock taking and report the data to Logistics manager timely. 执行月度盘点并向供应链部门经理汇报相关的数据。

5)To manage warehouse assistant attendance and maintain 6S.管理仓库助理的考勤和6S的维护。

6)To be communication bridge between warehouse assistant and manager, inform warehouse 

assistant about company’s policy and feedback warehouse assistant’ opinion to Logistics 

manager. 充当仓库助理与经理之间的沟通桥梁，向仓库助理传达公司的政策和向供应链部门经理汇报员工的意见。

7)To ensure resources for improvement events and VSA’s. 确保仓库改善建议获得有效的资源

8)Responsible for the coodination of flyers’ daily work负责仓库游击手之间的工作协调

9)The 3rd party logistical company performance evaluation and daily issue solving. 第三方物流供应商的管理,评估及日常事务处理

10)To ensure right manning of the warehouse, and supervise warehouse operations in accordance

to warehousing requirements. 确保仓库员工人数最优化，并指导员工操作符合仓库管理要求

11)Ensure Good Corporation with other functions within Coloplast and Global Operations. 协调与其他部门的工作联系

12)Ensure good storage conditions and traceability in the warehouse and distribute the goods 

on time. 确保仓库的储存条件以及及时发货

13)Daily check the chemicals storing area to ensure the chemicals storage and operation are 

safety, assign back up monitor person when out of office. 日常检查化学品储存区域并确保化学品的储存条件和操作的安全性，不在办公室的情况下指派备选责任人

14)Implement other tasks assigned by the immediate manager. 执行直接上司安排的其它任务。

任职要求：

1） Bachelor and above. 本科及以上学历。

2） More than three year working experience in warehouse.三年以上的仓库工作经历。
