主要职责 Key Responsibilities

  

1. Responsible for commodity purchasing of “Raw Material, Textile,”, related to in AP.

2. Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management of the related commodity parts, thus identify regional commodity sourcing opportunities and parts that can be sourced from AP suppliers.

3. Manage the commodity purchasing process for new products or localization of existing products through supplier search and commercial negotiations

4. Supporting the development and implementation of the global part family strategy, the supplier base and technology within the given responsibility

5. Execution and evaluation of requests for quotations

6. Execution of supplier ratings, in regards to SAZUR / ASL

7. Execution of negotiations with suppliers within the given guidelines, incl. annual cost savings target negotiations.

8. Lead and organize multi-functional teams to carry out supplier reviews.

9. Initiation and preparation of sourcing cases for the Sourcing Decision Process, incl. data management in SWAT.

10. Play a leading role in establishing and maintaining legally binding contracts and purchasing agreements for the commodities.

11. Monitor the performance of the suppliers during program launch and through product life cycle and secure continuous improvement in supplier performance.

12. Work with suppliers and cost engineering / supplier management team to achieve ?Best Practice” in cost, quality, service and delivery.

13. Development and negotiation of Cost Reductions initiatives

14. Analyze AP supply base to prepare and recommend suppliers to be added/removed from the approved supplier list as well as nominate suppliers for the Strategic Supplier List

15. Continuously review cost performance to target;

16. Nominate parts for Global Competitive Sourcing in order to achieve defined targets based on the “Operational Plan”

17. Contribute to projects and agreements with other purchasing and material departments, within ZF, in order to benefit from opportunities of synergy where appropriate.

18. Maintain systems to support the sourcing function, e.g. OneSB, SWAT, VIN, COPS, etc.

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements

• 3+ years; Experience in Purchasing of Raw Material parts for automotive industry
• Bachelor degree: Business Administration, Business Engineering, or similar
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking) is need
• General computer/software skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. SAP experience preferred.
• Optional if German
• Chinese mother language
