Responsibilities:

Relationship with Cloud/IoT Partners:

You will be in charge of developing effective relationships with ST partners, such as MNOs, Cloud providers, System Integrators or any other type of partner you think suitable to maximize ST visibility and efficiency in the Cloud/IoT space. As part of this, you will be in charge of driving strategic engagement like co-marketing campaigns or customers？ workshops with established and new ST partners.

 

Technical expertise:

As part of the Strategic Technical marketing team, you will be the specialist for Cloud within the organization bridging the gap with other pure semiconductor experts. You will be therefore responsible to setup and handle a strong technical expertise with various stakeholders (internal and external). Your technical expertise on the Cloud will complement our current expertise in the Semiconductor MCU market.

 

Regional consolidation:

You will be responsible for regional consolidation of all activities related to Cloud/IoT. This will be done by coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders at regional level to understand, qualify and provide a clear status of opportunities.

 

Product roadmap:

You will also act as the interface between our strategic partners and ST division to provide field, partner and market insights that will drive both new features and functionalities into next generation products. You will also be responsible to keep up-to-date with IoT and cloud market trends and competitive insights.

Qualification:

• Global experience of 15 years in sales/marketing engineering

• Strong experience in cloud solutions architecture with any major cloud vendor

• Industry experience and IoT / M2M market

• Strong understanding of PaaS, SaaS architecture

• Strong understanding of Subscription/Device Management services (commissioning, lifecycle, software update ？)

• Knowledge on building/connection of IoT devices (sensors, hubs, edge gateways) to cloud

• Familiarity with embedded devices OS (Windows, Linux, RTOS, Android)

• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, teamwork capabilities

• A previous experience in the semiconductor industry would be a plus

• Position located in Shanghai (China)

• Ability to travel (40%) is also required
