？    Solving depot storage/distribution issue and incident. Following up and Review the CAPA/Deviation Report prepared by Depots and forward to BeiGene QA for signature, answering the questions raised by BeiGene QA and playing a role of an intermediate between depot and BeiGene QA. Maintaining the incident tracker of each depot.
？    Management of Depot Inventory
？    Storage and Distribution Documentation / data transfer to CO, Finance or other departments as requested.
？    Well handling the Depot online system to check depot storage and distribution details.
？    Depot Distribution Setup, Distribution Summary review and approval.
？    Depot Drug Return Setup, Return Summary review and approval.
？    Solving the issues of drug Return/Destruction at depot.
？    Coordinating and hosting monthly T/C with each depot regarding the issues of storage and distribution to ensure the operation of each depot is performed as required.
？    Evaluating the KPI of each depot quarterly and yearly.
？    Maintaining the database of each depot, collecting depot newsletters and Turnaround Time tables, keeping a complete Depot Contact list.
？    Following up overdue shipments for all studies in IRT.
？    Other assigned tasks.
职位要求：
？    3~5 years of progressive experience in Logistics of Supply Chain preferably within the biotech company, pharma or CRO as the role of Depot Management, or have experience working as PM in depot.
？    Understands comprehensive global pharmaceutical regulatory requirements is preferable.
？    Having knowledges of clinical supply import/export regulation/policy, clinical supply best practices, IRT systems as well as experience working within a cGMP environment.
？    Master in monitoring the temperature-controlled Shipments and is familiar with Cold-chain.
？    Understood how to deal with the incidents during the distribution and storage.
？    Having a clear sense of documentation/tracker maintenance.
？    Good command of English in listening, writing, reading and speaking.
？    Bachelor’s degree
？    Good communication and positive attitude, strong ability in learning new knowledges and solving problems.
