岗位职责：

1.理解系统业务流程，根据需求分析文件编写测试大纲和测试案例；

2.执行软件测试，提交bug并进行跟踪，推动发现的问题及时合理解决；

3.独立完成指派交付的产品功能测试，兼容性测试；

岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，计算机或者相关专业；

2.2年以上金融系统测试工作经验，有核心系统/账务系统测试经验者优先；

3.熟练使用MYSQL数据库（中级或以上）；

4.理解、学习能力强，工作耐心严谨；

5.有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
