职位描述：

1.      参加与客户的沟通会议，编制会议记录，并提交客户，确保双方沟通信息得到准确记录和传递；

2.      建立并维护客户服务档案，完整、准确的记录服务过程和工作成果；

3.      协助进行方案的撰写与提案；

4.      收集、整理和分析行业、客户等相关资料，为项目提供充分准确的信息来源和决策支持；

5.      代表客户，将客户信息和需求，准确传达到内部各支持部门，并进行有效协调，组织各部门协同工作。

职位要求：

1.      本科及以上学历，1年以上广告行业经验或2019应届毕业生（需要有广告行业实习经验）；

2.      优秀的沟通表达及理解能力，准确传达客户需求，反馈客户意见；

3.      良好的交流沟通能力，有极强的抗压能力；

4.      中英文交流流利，熟练使用各类办公软件。
