Responsibilities:
* Identify significant opportunities to evolve the data to our financial model by analyzing usage data, including member / behavioral / transaction
* Work with partners and stakeholders to formulate quantitative and measurable objectives that have an impact on the business and our new initiatives
* Support cross daypart/initiative for member engagement through valid financial and data modeling, including lunch / AFT/Kiosk/BF/kids mkt
* Develop experimentation methodology; and launch, monitor, and evaluate experiments and A/B test
* Keep fine tune data engagement to enable business growth and improve productivity

Requirements:
* BSc or MS degree, major in Computer Science or Financial Implication fields is preferred
* 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling and data analysis in fast-growing organizations
* Be comfortable in SQL for data mining, exploration and analysis
* Know how to tell a story using tools like tableau and our data bank, translate the data to financial words
* Have knowledge of multiple of the following areas: data mining, statistical analysis, research methods, hypothesis testing, data visualization, financial analysis
* Passion for quantifying customer behavior and productivity to maximum business opportunities
* Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
