职位描述
Responsibilities
? Provide high level of secretarial support to the expat VP of Sales & Marketing
? Support the VP in daily business development with focus on preparation of business correspondence, reports and presentation
? Manage external coordination with customers, suppliers and overseas clients;
? Handle VP's personal matters
? Maintain a systematic filing system
? Organise itinerary, meeting schedule, travel arrangement;
? Support with the coordination work for the ad hoc team projects as assigned.
Requirements
? At least 5 years Secretarial and Personal Assistant experience;
? Well-organized, friendliness, disciplined, independent and detailed mind;
? Excellent spoken and written English, CET 6 or CET 8
? Have experience working with trading company is an advantage.
? Familiar with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
? Accommodation and meals provided
