Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm’s campus recruitment strategy

• Manage functional recruitment budget / cost and monitor expenditure and report accordingly

• Develop in depth knowledge and understanding of the business priorities, establish and maintain relationships with the business to understand and meet their recruitment needs

•  Be responsible for campus recruitment related process / procedure review

• Participate in local and global resourcing related projects and take responsibility for the   successful implementation of global projects locally

• Plan and conduct recruitment activities using appropriate selection methodologies

• Participate in university relationships initiatives & facilitate interviewing skills workshops.

• Candidate selection process management and on boarding issues

• Supervise the day-to-day work of the team, including mentoring and motivational support, contribution to their appraisal, and help develop their professional skills and personal attributes

 

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in human resources or business related discipline

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Recruitment and Resourcing, preferably in an MNC or professional services firm ,experience in Resource Management / Workforce Planning / Recruitment / Project Management;

• Good market intelligence, new sourcing channels, and awareness of developments in recruitment markets

• Knowledge of business priorities and objectives and the ability to develop commercially focused communications

• Excellent interpersonal, ability to operate confidently with all levels of staff negotiation and conflict resolution skills, good organization and coordination skills

• Ability to speak confidently with influence in public

• Superior English and Chinese writing and editing skills with close attention to detail

• Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
