Responsibilities:
· Support HCCO to draft HCC SOPs
· Update the employee list from HR to ensure all the new employees were assign the FCPA/HCBI training in LMS
· Prepare the monthly training reord to HR for the training summary
· Collect training survey and prepare survey result to HCCO for preparing survey report.
· Work with HCCO to prepare customized training material
· Monthly follow up the completion status of LMS to ensure all new employees completed on time
· Support HCC e-workflow system for any changes, improvement or issues
· Prepare the analysis report for HCC e-workflow
· Maintain any changes in HCC intranet
· Work with HCCO to review the samples of monitoring
· Follow up the MAPs of T&M and prepare the report
· Support HCCO to collect new DD requirement and order the credit report to D&B
· Review and reconcile the DD report and identify the red flags
· Collect and filing annual training record and annual certificate from TPI
· Maintain the DD inventory list for HCCO review
Qualifications

Requirement:
· Bachelors degree in Business/Finance/Law
· Minimum 2+ year working experience in finance, sales or marketing. Experience in Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
