               日常操作 Routine operation： ·       1. 获取并分析客户需求预测 ·          Obtain and analyze customer demand (variation and reliability) ·       2. 制定短期和长期生产计划 ·          Generate production plan and material plan（Short term/Long term） ·       3. 定期分析生产能力以满足客户需求 ·          Analyze production capacity regularly to proactively meet customer requirement ·       4. 制定生产工单，跟踪生产进度 ·          Issue work order, monitor production plan progress. ·       5. 运行材料计划，满足生产 ·          Run MRP, monitor material supply status to meet production plan ·       6. 协调产品灭菌活动 ·          Coordinate product sterilization ·       7. 保证产品及材料控制在合理库存水平 ·          Manage material and product in a reasonable level ·       8. 上级安排的其他事项 ·          Other tasks assigned by supervisor   系统System ？   参与并实施ERP系统职能部分 Participate ERP warehouse related ？   每天完成相应的系统操作，包括Excel/EPR等相应系统操作。 Complete related operation in Excel/ERP system.            

任职资格：

·       1, 大学本科或以上

·          Bachelor degree or above

·       2. 5年经验在计划岗位

·          5 years experiences in similar position for production planning

·       3. 流利的英文读，说，写能力

·          Proficient English in oral, listening, reading and writing

·       4. 丰富的SAP使用经验

·          Abundant experiences on SAP systems

·       5. 优秀的分析及问题解决能力

·          Excellent analytical and problem solver skills

·       6. 团队合作精神和优秀的沟通技巧

·          Team spirit and good communication skills
