职位描述
Assist PA manager to develop corporate communication strategy/plan and implement corporate communication, external and internal communication efforts in China
? Work with Public affairs team to develop and execute media strategies in coordination with business and corporate strategies
? Serve as media contact for INVISTA Corporate in China, working with local INVISTA resource/external consultants and other identified corporate spokespersons to help raise INVISTA's profiles in China
? Coordinate communication activities that enhance INVISTA's reputation management, marketing or business local language website, newsletter, corporate gifts, speaking platform, social media opportunity etc...
? Work closely with business team on developing/managing/executing marketing communication strategies efforts may include planning and managing trade show& marketing events, developing products brochure, media interview , press release writing and distribution etc..
? Manage internal communication in China through close work with respective business/ site leaders and HR
? Support business communications related to expansions, divestitures, restructuring and support employee communication with business/site leaders and HR
? Work with Government affairs team to offer support to crisis communication whenever needed
Drive and coordinate community and public affairs efforts in China
? Continue to learn and understand community needs and operation requirement by INVISTA china Site, identify new profitable opportunities and help implement activities that are in line with INVISTA philanthropy for community outreach
? Work with site leader and HR on employee engagement for community programs, and help sites and offices implement new charitable contribution programs
Understand, adhere to and enforce compliance standards and legal regulations applicable to the roles responsibilities
? Review and identify/strengthen resources as needed
? Use economic thinking and evaluate opportunity cost in the process of projects execution and resource management to purse action with more efficiency
? Engage in the production process of sharing viewpoints ,knowledge and seeking input with business to better facilitate their needs
Main Requirements:
? University/college graduate, preferably with relevant English language studies
? Solid experience (preferably 2+ years) with multinational companies, preferably with public affairs, corporate communications or marketing departments
? Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
? Possession of knowledge and skills in using office technology and software applications
? Proven capability of working effectively across functions, managing multi-tasks with strong coordination capability
