Qualification:
General Skills
- Engilish, MS Office

Functionality Skills and Technical skills
- Professional in Catia V5, UG is a plus
- Experienced in trim panel design through concept input to final 3D model and GD/T drawing creation
- Familiar with trim panel process - injection, E-coating and final assembly
- Familiar with EU/US/CN relevant regulation requirements.
- Familiar with vehicle knowledge and developing process

Mgt and Leadership Skills
- New products development skill
- Good communication and presentation skills

Experience and education
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in trim panel design / developing / launch execution
- M.S. in engineering (Can get concession for excellent practical experience)

Personal Traits
- Good team player
- Good problem solver
- Open minded & willing to learn new things
- Flexible and interested to work in an international project environment
- Positive, honest, responsible and willing to deal with details
- Capable of frequent business trip

Job Responsibilities:

- Trim panel structure design, engineering deisgn and design change management (3D / 2D model)
- Design check - interference / gap / assembly / regulation, etc.
- Techinical file creation - BOM, product specification, RFQ, DFMEA, etc.
- Relevant product sourcing / AQP support and engineering buy-in
- Vehicle build / DV / PV support and relevant design issue shooting
