职位描述
Job Responsibility
Supports the Buying Department in all issues related to measurements, fitting, workmanship.
Controlling the offer, production and delivery samples with regard to workmanship and fit standards/technical details.
Controlling the fits of garments and, if required, interface with suppliers.
Performing inline inspection at suppliers when appropriate.
Performing Final Inspection consisting of checking Measurements and visual inspection of garments in the DC.
Establish a standardization of workmanship and fitting quality standards.
Support the consistence of fittings in all product categories.
Support the Buyers and Designers in technical matters of fitting and workmanship during the product development phase.
Reviewing and analyzing customer complaints as the relate to workmanship and technical failures.
Contact with external service providers with regard to fitting, grading and sizing issues.
Job Requirement
College degree
Thorough knowledge of computer systems relevant to the function.
At least 5 years relevant experience; sizing and Grading in relevant industry.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Confident, logical thinking and analytical ability with good communication skill.
Good team player
Should display a flair for fashion and be able to adapt basic blocks to fit the garment requirements.
Time management
Supply chain management(Vendor)
